Our story
Built by two traders, for their own accounts first.
PipMint started the way most useful things do — as a private fix for a shared
frustration. Goutam Patra and Subharthee Dutta were
trading the same markets, with rules they believed in, and watching those rules lose to
human timing: an entry taken a minute late, a stop widened "just this once", a good
setup missed because the day job got in the way.
So they built the system they wanted to trade with. One that reads a signal and acts on
it identically every time, places the stop before there is any temptation to argue with
it, and closes the book on schedule. It ran on their own money long before it ran on
anyone else's — and it still does.
"We wanted the discipline we already knew was right to happen without us having to be
brave about it at 2:47 in the afternoon."
What began as a single-user tool is now a multi-user platform, so other traders can run
the same machinery on their own broker accounts, with their own capital and their own
choice of strategies.

PipMint is actively developed. Strategies, tooling and the charting terminal all ship
from the same two-person workshop.
